Xerox Positioned as MPS Leader by InfoTrends; Delivers Most Broadly Differentiated Offerings in Marketplace
Xerox (NYSE: XRX) has been named by InfoTrends as a Leader in Managed Print Services (MPS) in its just released Managed IT Infrastructure: Managed Print Services Report*.
According to InfoTrends, “Xerox is the leading MPS vendor for having the most broadly differentiated MPS offerings in the market. It has an established MPS program with a particularly diverse customer base across different business sizes and industries. The company has continued to be forward looking in the MPS space…and is simplifying MPS by automating much of the monitoring and reporting functions.”
“Our leadership position demonstrates the value that our Next Generation MPS offerings bring to the marketplace in terms of workflow automation, security, mobility and sustainability,” said Mike Feldman, president, Large Enterprise Operations, Xerox. “Our capabilities bridge the paper and digital worlds so businesses can maximize their content and data in the most productive ways.”
Xerox’s Next Generation MPS program has three main stages – assess and optimize; secure and integrate; automate and simplify. Offerings within each stage help companies – large and small – to work smarter, improve productivity, connect with clients faster and use data to bolster business results. In short, Xerox’s MPS offerings manage an enterprise’s document lifecycle and proactively mitigate concerns around printing allowing customers to focus on their core business.
The report noted that Xerox’s partnerships with Hyland Software and Datawatch help differentiate its MPS offerings as well as peripheral solutions and services. It also referenced how Xerox’s CompleteView™ Pro “can dashboard an entire print environment and support workflow and document analytics services.”
